- A AED 50 booking fee is non-refundable.
- If a booking fee has been paid, the AED 50 application creation service charge will be waived upon arrival, if applicable (only for new medical fitness applications).
- It is the responsibility of the customer to:
- Confirm in advance their eligibility to undergo the medical fitness test at a SMART Salem center.
- Bring all required documents to their appointment.
- Bring an accepted method of payment (card excluding Amex or cash – AED or USD) if required.
